Lee Whitehead from Ryder and Dutton states, “The Ryder and Dutton team really got involved in the day’s fundraising events and we are proud to have helped raise £5,000 for Make-A-Wish Foundation. The day also gave us the opportunity to let our customer know about our unique Relocation Agent Network membership, which means – in the Network’s opinion – we are the best estate agency in our local area. Whether you are looking to buy, sell or rent, as a Relocation Agent Network member, we go that extra mile to ensure that you receive a personal service backed by exceptional local knowledge. Even if you’re moving out of the area, our Network membership means that we can put you in touch with a fellow member in the location that you’re moving to. Ryder and Dutton Visit Local Schools following Relocation Agent Network Charity Success
Ryder and Dutton, as part of a National Network of select Estate Agents known as Relocation Agent Network, have collectively helped to raise £5,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation following a ‘click to donate’ campaign. The Make-A-Wish Foundation is a very deserving charity that grants magical wishes to children and young people fighting life-threatening medical conditions.
As a thank you for the support during the fundraising campaign we have visited some local Nursery and primary schools.
Lee Whitehead, Associate at Ryder and Dutton visited Little Acorn Nursery in the Holmfirth area and spent some time there with the children holding a colouring competition with gift vouchers for the winner! Lee also took a Ryder and Dutton for sale sign in for the children to have a look at.
Michaela Sutcliffe from our Halifax branch went to visit the children of Salterlee Nursery in Halifax who also had lots of fun taking part in our colouring competition! The class put so much work into their pictures and Michaela spent some time looking at the children’s work.
Victoria Hindle of Ryder and Dutton went to St Pauls School in Royton along with Phil McGrath of Oldham Athletic. The children in year 2 completed a colouring competition and Phil McGrath handed out certificates and a balloon to every child in the class, gift vouchers for the 2 runners up and a gift voucher and signed Oldham Athletic football for the winner. Phil then held a question and answer session with the children who were thrilled to ask him about football, Oldham Athletic and all the players at the club.
