Our new Lindley branch is officially open!

Our new office in Lindley is now officially open!

We are delighted to have opened the doors on our new Lindley office on Monday 3rd October.

The vibrant village of Lindley is situated on the North West side of Huddersfield, only a couple of miles from both the town centre and M62 motorway network. Our office is situated on the busy A640 road between Huddersfield Town Centre and Junction 23 of the M62 motorway, being seen daily by thousands of passing cars.

With a thriving high street and a real community feel, the village is home to Royal Huddersfield Infirmary, which was opened by Huddersfield born Harold Wilson, a range of boutique shops and highly regarded restaurants

Lindley appeared top in a survey carried out in 2006 by the Royal Bank of Scotland. By creating an algorithm factoring aspects such as desirability, return on investment and affordability, the survey results listed the top 10 locations throughout the UK for first time buyers to get on the property ladder.

We are looking forward to providing residents of Lindley, Marsh, Oaks, Salendine Nook and surrounding villages with a strong local presence that will give your property the maximum possible exposure.

Managed by Director Lee Whitehead, Lindley is our fourth office across Huddersfield and along with our busy town centre branch will ensure clients receive unrivalled coverage and service.

Lee Whitehead, Director of Ryder & Dutton comments, ‘On the back of a very strong year across West Yorkshire, we are delighted to be in a position to open our Lindley office, which is our 4th office within the Huddersfield area, along with the town centre branch, Holmfirth and Skelmanthorpe. Our strategically placed offices ensure we provide unrivalled coverage across the town, ensuring your property is seen by as many buyers as possible, which will result in us gaining you the best possible price’.
